I have a few questions. I have recently gotten a positive pregnancy test and am about 5weeks 5days

I have been spotting for almost a week very light very faint only when I’d wipe and today it’s gotten more red still light but a little more than before and wasn’t sure if that can be okay. This is my first pregnancy I’ve been keeping track of my lines and they are getting darker which I believe is a good thing they haven’t faded at all I truly just need piece of mind. Here is my test today.
