How did you know when to end the relationship

How did you know it was time to end your relationship? Im over being lied too and disrespected. My SO went out tonight not a big deal said he would be home at 9:30 okay cool well now its 1:38 in the morning still isn't home and his phone is off dead or he blocked my number. Im 10 weeks pregnant with my 4th kid (our second together) and I just dont think it's unreasonable to be mad and upset that I've literally not heard a word from this man.
