My cycles are usually predictable. Every month I'll know when I'm ovulating because I'll get the one sided cramps etc. ovbs I'll test which will confirm ovulation.

Although I ovulated yesterday and today I'm having weird strong cramps in the same area.. but also have really bad period pains!

Just curious as this hasn't happened to me before. I've got two children, not experienced pain after ovulating?? I also did a ovulation test yesterday too which was negative about 3 hours after it was bright postive!!
