Anyone know what this could be

This is how it look dry, i told my mom i think it’s eczema and she said no lol and go see a doc..

it started out of no where my skin was burning and itching and i decided to look and this was the results and i been scratching so there were sores.

It’s been almost over a week now and it hasn’t gone away.

I haven’t seen a doc because of my kids and working 10 hours a day.
