What else can I do?

I have been seen bc I was having a weird smell from my vagina, I got my results and I’m negative for everything (chlamydia, gonorreah, trich, bv, yeast infection) but I’m still having the smell, what could it be?? Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of the smell?

First, I recommend you retest in about 2 weeks. Some of those things don't always show up early on in screening.
Second, it's likely a hormone or pH imbalance. Your diet has a lot to do with that. I'd add in an oral probiotic or a vaginal one would be even better. All cotton panties and none at night. No pads or liners. No douching. Lay off sex for a couple days until you get this straightened out because semen and condoms can cause issues. No soaps down there for the most part (see pic though...this is the only one I'd recommend if you're going to use a feminine wash and do so sparingly.) This brand also makes a vaginal probiotic that I've seen success with for multiple women. Could also try boric acid vaginal suppositories.
