Lower abdomen pain after period ( 3 days past.)

What could this be? My period I had no cramps and only 4 days of bleeding was very light at first then the couple days was sorta heavy but I normally get a 6 day period with lots of cramps .. my period is done now by 3 days mention it was late my period by 5 days I ended up getting it on 28th .

I also have creamy discharge I googled some stuff but if anyone had some experience with this could u please let me Know ? I hate googling stuff lol 😂
