5 month old up every hour?!

My 5 month old has been waking up every hour these last two nights 🤦🏻‍♀️

She has horrible gas/gas pains. I don’t know what from or why all of a sudden, nothings changed, same formula, same amount. She’s also had diarrhea the past couple days.

She doesn’t even really wake up she just screams, like her uncomfortable/in pain scream, I pick her up and usually she’s right to sleep. Some times she does tense up or farts A LOT, and like big loud farts.

I don’t know how to help her, she’s fine during the day, for the most part only at night does this happen. Help!
