One sided cramping following fresh transfer

Hi Everyone,

I’m 4dp3dt and since yesterday I’ve been having sharp cramps on my right side (along my inguinal line, kind of near my ovary?). I’m so worried I could be developing an ectopic pregnancy. I had one in the past (technically a pregnancy of unknown location because they couldn’t find it, and I took methotrexate to resolve it. It occurred spontaneously not through IVF).

Is it normal to experience one sided cramping following a fresh transfer? This is my first one.
