Mucus plug?

My waters broke at 29 weeks. I'm now 31 weeks and for a week I have been seeing this when I wipe or on the pad when I go to the bathroom. 
Anyone know what this could be if it's not my mucus plug and if it is, what does that mean?

Your water broke? Did you go to the hospital for that? What did they say?

Some times people can loose their plug a few times or it can come away slowly I’m not sure if that’s normal or not though

That’s odd.. You’re at risk of infection if your water broke. 
I had a high leak in my sac at 22.6 weeks and stayed in the hospital until I gave birth at 27.4.
