Lymp nodes- please respond

You guys I’m really worried, I usually get cold sores but it never makes my lymph nodes swell.. is that normal? Both sides are a little swollen.. I never really noticed them swelling before but is this okay if it happens? Googling it only says it happens with the first infection but I’ve been getting them for years now so this is not my first one.
