Can I try to naturally induce labor if I’m getting induced on Monday?

I’m 36+3 & getting induced at 37+2 (due to past pregnancy issues) 
Is it okay to try to naturally induce labor now? Like nipple stimulation & sex?
I’ve been having to poop yesterday & today ALL day & lots of watery discharge so I think my body is getting ready.

36.3 and 37.2 is almost a week difference. I would not try to self induce, and rather give the baby more time to grow and develop. Each day counts.
