Breech baby at 37 weeks?

I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow and just found out she’s frank breech. Did this happen to anyone else? What ended up happening? I delivered identical twins vaginally at 38 weeks before. I don’t want a c section…

Yup, same thing happened to me with my first baby. Didn't find out she was breech til I was already like 36 weeks, I was desperately trying to avoid a C-section so the nurse & my ob tried to turn her (I had two adults using their entire body weights pushing & trying to manipulate my belly) which I definitely would NOT recommend, as it didn't work, & my stomach was literally bruised black and blue and purple afterwards & hurt so bad that to even have my shirt rub against it, nearly sent me thru the roof 😣 I ended up having to have a C-section. Now I've had 3 c-sections in total.

I have a friend who’s baby was breeched up until her 39 week appointment and he randomly flipped and she was able to have a vaginal delivery

Look up spinning babies and start practicing the inversion on a laundry board with cold packs a few times a day. You can also go to a chiropractor that specializes in the Webster technique for adjustments. I was able to flip the babe between 38 to 39 weeks doing this. An EVC was my backup plan. Good luck!

Happened to me! Baby had been head down the whole time then the night before my 37 week appt I woke up from a dead ass sleep because of huge movements in my belly. Sure enough at the appt next morning she had flipped breech. I went ahead and did an ECV the next day that was successful and I went on to deliver vaginally at 40+3. Let me know if you have any questions, I know it's hard to find positive stories on ECV.
