Mastitis?

Has anyone had mastitis, if so what were your symptoms. My chest starts to feel warm, usually surrounding breast feeding and it can spread to my back and arms. Last night I had chills and uncontrollable shaking, which I thought was anxiety. I have not had a temp but my boobs can feel warm. They have no redness. And my body randomly feels like I covered it in icy hot. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but dont know if I should go to urgent care today.
