I’ve had HSV2 for 3 years but only have had 2 outbreaks. My very first outbreak in 2019 and my latest one last week.

I’ve been taking my valtrex, and the sores went away a couple days ago. However, for the past two days I’ve been having a lot of blood when I wipe, coming from my butt, even if I haven’t pooped.

Has this happened to anyone else with HSV2 after an outbreak has healed? My boyfriend is worried but I don’t want to go to the doctor because of time and money. Also I’m not in any pain, although after I wipe, the hole area is somewhat sore. Here’s a pic of the blood I wiped today.
