Do my legs and feet look swollen?

I am 23 weeks and they are throbbing so bad, aching etc. 
I just took my blood pressure and it’s normal. However all day at work, my heart has been racing soooo bad and super fast for literally just sitting at my desk 🥲

The left one looks more swollen than the right. Swelling in pregnancy is not uncommon even without preeclampsia. Palpations are also a very common pregnancy symptom. 
This may just be normal pregnancy stuff. But it's definitely a good idea to let your midwife or doctor know about your symptoms so they can look for protein in your urine to make sure it's not preeclampsia

Yes I would say so. Elevate them so your feet are higher than your heart. Nothing uncomfortable… so it’s usually better if you lay down and put them in a few pillows
