dont judge okay it’s rough out here being a single mommy

i’ve been on hold with the dept of children and families for hours and i do this every single day!!! eventually they just hang up on me and say everyone is busy. how can i get through to someone fast?! i used to do thing thing and skip all the prompts and push all these numbers but i can’t remember what i did! we’re in FL if that makes a difference.
