To my knowledge they are not supposed to take tips because that's their job and unlike servers at a restaurant they actually get paid for what they're doing so there's really no need to tip them.

So I worked HEB curbside and we weren’t supposed to get ripped but people would do it anyways so we’d pool it together and get snacks for our crew and lunch and stuff 😊
