11 months old screams and cries

So my daughter is 11 months has never been a great sleeper. I’m exhausted i tried everything from moving her bedtime routine early to later. She only takes one nap for 1 hour (if I’m lucky) she refuses 2nd nap….. I know she’s been teething cause she has her two teeth on the bottom that came out and it looks like 2 on the top are coming in ….. i give her Tylenol or Motrin when it seems to bother her, but that doesn’t seem to help she still screams and cries …….. I wish I can post a video but not sure how to do that ……I’m honestly over it…. I feel like crying.
