Covid and a 3.5 month old

Anyone have experience with having Covid with a baby in the home? How’s your baby do? I tested positive today (vaccinated, then had Covid in January while pregnant and now again). What did y’all do for your babies? She cannot be breastfed sadly and I’m all dried up.
