How long after Mirena IUD was removed did your periods/hormones regulate?

I had my IUD removed on June 26th and I had a period on August 5th and now my period is nowhere to be found and I'm having all the yucky symptoms like I'm pregnant but I think it's just PMS. I think my hormones are honestly just completely freaked out right now so any advice is super helpful thanks in advance!

I have no clue I got mine removed August 16th and trying to get pregnant so not sure when or if I’ll have my period

I think it varies greatly between different women. I had the nexplanon implant at one time. I got it removed got my period shortly after and the next month I was pregnant. But when I stopped the pill to TTC my 1st baby it took a few months for my cycle to regulate and a total of 10 months before I conceived. Everyone's body reacts differently
