Logged discharge

Hey this is gonna sound dumb but how would you log in discharge? I’m 3 days late and all I have on my underwear is like a wet stain, but sometimes when I clean myself after using the bathroom I have a little bit of “clear sticky discharge” I took a test and they have all said negative, I was just wondering how I would log that discharge in.
