Impending miscarriage

My feelings are so hurt!!! I just left the emergency room because I’ve been bleeding for two weeks!!! Both of my obgyn nurse and doctor said my pregnancy was normal with the bleeding and I had nothing to worry about. On Wednesday they saw my little nugget heartbeat then today my bleeding got heavier… I jumped up straight to the hospital.. they confirmed today they didn’t see a heart beat and I was indeed miscarrying and make an appointment Monday.. my hcg levels is 791 now and I’m 6 weeks today… so yes it’s happening my heart is broken so broken
