Tmi question

I’m trying to figure out if I have a fistula. I am 3 months pp. Sex feels different, like it feels like a lot of pressure but like feels good. The problem is, after sex every single time I queef. My bf says it sounds like my vagina is growling at him. No I am not a troll, unfortunately this is my reality. I’m really embarrassed by this and honestly im in between OBs right now. I’m not sure exactly what is going on or if this is normal. My OB cleared me at my 6 week appointment. I did however have a 2nd degree tear and was in labor for 18 hrs. Somebody please help me if this is normal or not I might be overreacting.
