I had my nexplanon removed august 10 22 but I had little to no period on it and I was on it for 2 yrs 6 months towards the last two months I was on it I did start to have a little more flow.

After removed I have still not gotten my period back but for 4 days when I wiped it was pink/brownish and for like 3 days before that the bottoms of my stomach hurt. Even when we went over a bump on the motorcycle. Not constant pain but every now and then pain. Could I be about to have a period? I’m sure I couldn’t have got pregnant this fast.
