Marijuna and miscarriage

I just found out I had a missed miscarriage at about 12 weeks. I really want to just take a gummy and pretend I don’t exist for the rest of the day, but I’m wondering if there would be any issues with having it stay in my system when I either start methotrexate or have a d&c (full anesthesia) would be a problem. Anyone know?
