My positive OPK was Sep 8th, so I ovulated on the 9th according to a few apps. On the 9th (ovulation day) I woke up with my buttcheeks absolutely SORE like I had done a full glute workout or something. No, it wasn’t from BD, bc I was on my back the whole time the night before 😂

And today, 4DPO my butt cheeks are hurting again. This is my first cycle post IUD removal. I still had light periods with the IUD (had it for 5 years), but this month I had a heavier period and my mood swings and CM have been more intense. But butt cheek pain? Is that from ovulation? This is so silly but I’m curious lol.
