Signs of early puberty?

Really dumb question. My oldest girl turned 7 in June and she's having some changes on her chest, it looks like she's getting boobs. I'm not sure if this is normal for her age to have chest changes? When do i offer training/sports bras if at all? I started my period at 9, not sure when I started puberty but I'm scared she's going to be an early bird too

I was told they get their period shortly after. 7 is early but not unheard of. Start talking to her about puberty and periods just in case (if you haven't already).

Breast buds happened to me years before I got my period. I was about 9 when I got breast buds and I didn't get my period until I was 13.

Breast buds can start to form years before puberty actually happens. It can be common for girls around this age to start forming breast buds and start wearing sports bras. Some girls get them young and some get them later on. It doesn't always mean they are going to get their period anytime soon. I would go ahead and buy sports bras for her. Breast buds can be sore and a nice fitted sports bra can help her to feel more comfortable if they are.

If you started your cycle at 9 then you started puberty. Getting chest buds is normal for a 7 year old. I needed a training bra by 6. In my family when a girl's chest starts making changes we get her training bras. Is part of getting her used to the idea of needing a bra. Your daughter isn't young into early puberty, she's experiencing normal changes.

If they’re starting to poke out I would offer a little sports bra now. Maybe around the same time you talk to her about getting a sports bra you can explain her body changing, and explain periods to her then too
My mom had that talk with me at 8. My grandma started her period at 9 and had no clue about periods so it traumatized her, she thought she was dying one day at school. So my mom made a point of telling me early just in case so I knew what to expect. I would definitely talk with her soon. Not sure if that correlates to breast development but it definitely makes sense since it’s all puberty related 
Side note, my grandma was 9 when she started her period
My mom was 16. I was 11. I don’t know if age of starting is genetic at all but in my experience not at all lol
