Late and hurting

I'm 17 years old I have a 3 year old daughter and I had a still birth back in july2021. I had had sex multiple times with their dad but thus morning hurt so bad and I do t know why and that was about 13 hours ago ad its getting worse and worse I even threw up a few times that's how bad it hurts. It hurts right where my left ovarie is. I'm freaking out and so is he. He's scared he hurt me and I'm scared that something is wrong or I'm pregnant and something is wrong? Can I get yalls opinions?
