Weight loss after baby
So I had a C-section in Feb of this year, & I could definitely lose a good 15-20 pounds and I’m struggling to do so. I had “pre” gestational diabetes and had to get on thyroid medicine and since having my baby I can’t lose weight like I want. I try to eat better but i’m the most picky eater and everything makes me nauseous!! I can barley eat meat cause it grosses me out so I basically eat sides and snack foods. I don’t have time to go to workout which definitely sounds like a excuse but I work a lot and the time that I’m off I want to spend with my baby cause I have the worst guilt cause I have to work so much!! I just need tips; healthy snacks that are filling? fasting? whatever is helpful I would appreciate and if anyone knows how to get rid of a apron belly that would be a plus 😂
