Pregnant after abortion

Guys I’m in dilemma! Waiting for my ultrasound but it’s a long wait I can’t relax.

I posted couple days ago I was pregnant but it wasn’t the right time for us so I had to do abortion.. but never got my period . Since then I have always experienced the symptoms as if I am pregnant and even my belly is big!

So I called them they told me for the procedure I did it’s rare for the pregnancy to still be there! But I did the procedure (not pill ) beginning of July I had sex in august with condom like twice( not in mood at all)

But look at my belly now this is September!! If that was not abortion cos I felt the pain!! What did they CUT INSIDE ME !

Scary part is I took rubella’s and varicella shots knowing I was NOT PREGNANT!!!

Anyone any nurse doctor or someone went through similar experiences can u enlighten me while waiting for my appointment pls.

UPDATE!!! So I was able to get a quick ultrasound Yes I am pregnant!! And it’s the same pregnancy!!! I’m so confused now on what happened and what did they do?
