Confused

Good morning, so I had a chemical pregnancy in Aug. Aug30th my levels where back to normal....my cycle came late in September..like 3 days late..! Cycle is kinda different, but doctor said it would be..its only been 4 days..and on the 3rd day my cycle went from bleeding to spotting, and now today only went I wipe, I didn't bleed threw out the night, only when I wipe I see a little blood! So I decided to take check my LH..and this is my result...I'm confused because I'm still supposed to be on my period, why am I getting a high result? My cycle usually last 6 days!
