The day you don’t have to wear a tampon or pad but just get all old brown blood (just a little) when you wipe do you mark that as a period day or non period day?

So I was told 1st day of period is considered to be when you have red blood flow. Hope this helps. 😊

I always mark the day with brown or pink as spotting on the calendar.
