IB or Breakthrough bleeding?

TMI!!!!

I started taking pills last june but stopped it halfway because I didn’t like the side effects. Started birth control again by the end of july and been consistently taking it until now. By the second box I have, I have been having these inconsistent brown discharge since my last period and sometimes like this one in the picture. And I am bothered and overthinking whether its implantation or breakthrough bleeding. Anyone?
