Is bloody show a guarantee of labor soon?

So at my 39 week appt yesterday I had a membrane sweep done. The doctor said I'm 3-4cm dilated, 90% effaced, and -2 station. Last night and this morning I've been having my bloody show. Is having your bloody show a guarantee that you'll go into labor soon or could it still be another week or two?? This is my 2nd baby and I was induced with my first so I never experienced this stuff before.

Had a little membrane sweep with my youngest and bloody show started about 10 hours later, contractions started 4 hours after that and I had my baby 12 hours after those started so all in all it was 26 hours after my membrane sweep and 16 hours after bloody show started that he was born!

I had a membrane sweep on Monday, bloody show and still not in labor 😩 my baby just doesn’t wanna come out

I got my bloody show after having a membrane sweep if it had mucus with it more then likely it’s blood show and not just bleeding due to the sweep! And I definitely went into labor 24 hours after losing it!
