I get mittelshmerz which is ovulation pain so I get very tender and my belly feels bloated I think because my ovary gets swollen.

Answer

A lot of women do due to hormonal changes during and post ovulation. It’s not pregnancy related though, even if you do fall pregnant test cycle.
