Clogged Mulk Ducts

This is my second time EP & I never had a clogged milk duct the first time around. Now this time 2 months in I’m getting them all the time in the same boob. I’ve tried massaging, using an electric toothbrush for vibration, not wearing a bra or any tight clothing, taking sunflower lecithin, wearing a heating pad on my breast but it just keeps getting clogged. It’s so frustrating and painful. I don’t know what else to try. If anyone has anything that has helped them in the past to unclogged quick &/or prevent them please help. TIA. ❤️
