Period or Implantation ?

I know implantation is very rare but this month is weird. I'm not tracking ovulation because I'm not currently trying for a baby but me and the fiance had a crazy drunk night and he did cum inside me twice.. My period would have started on the 12th of this month, but I was only spotting pink blood.. Everyday since then I've been cramping but no full on period just spotting a drop here and there. Nothing on a pad just when I wipe. Today is a lil more than before but still very pink and has a lil discharge mixed in.. Is this my period or something else?
