Had my 39 week appointment cervix is thick and I’m not dialated at all. Baby girl is head down, but not engaged in the pelvis 🥲 Can’t get a membrane sweep because cervix is too high. Doc says we’re gonna do an ultrasound next week to see if she’ll be engaged in the pelvis and if not we’ll have to be induced and more than likely have a c-section 😩 I was induced my first pregnancy and really want to do this naturally without having a c-section. Is there anything you ladies can recommend for me to try to get her engaged or even go into labor on my own?
