Help with BBT
This is my first cycle BBT from CD1-I am a type 2 diabetic working on getting it under control but because of this I don’t always ovulate. I noticed this morning an elevation and I’m on CD13-OPKs still negative but I don’t normally ovulate until CD15-17. Does this look promising? What should I look for with my BBT over the next few days? This is my current chart
