Newborn co-sleeping

Looking for advice, please no judgment.

My son is 5 weeks old and has been cosleeping with me for about 3.5 weeks now. At first he was sleeping in his swing (I know, that’s bad but it was working for my husband and I so we could get a little sleep) but now he sleeps in my arms (again, I KNOW but it’s the only way I can get any sleep as I also EBF.)

If he falls asleep after eating, I can put him down in the pack n play or his crib but he doesn’t stay asleep and won’t fall back asleep on his own.

Please send suggestions or advice.
