Drop in temp before ovulation?
Should there be a drop in my temp before it goes up for ovulation? I am CD15 and this morning my temp was down -0.66 is this bad or a good indicator that ovulation is coming?
Sorry for not knowing much, this is my first cycle BBTing 🥲
