Sorry y’all this may seem like a dumb question but my boyfriend has been working toward becoming a driver at UPS. He was told that he should be going to the class either this month or next but he received a letter in the mail saying that they can’t consider him for further employment with UPS as a result of a screening done by a 3rd party company they’re involved with. It also says that they can’t give him any specific reasons as to why

I looked into this more since I saw your comments as a notification. So if he was going to be a regular driver it would have had to be something on the background check. If he was going to do anything with DOT, like driving a semi and they were giving him classes for his CDL or something, it could have been he failed the DOT test that makes sure you are healthy enough to drive a truck. They will test your urine for anything that could cause problems while driving. So if he did a test like that and there’s nothing on his background like recent tickets or crimes, maybe he needs to go to the doctor lol.
