Can being sleep deprived make you feel lightheaded?

I have not slept good the past 2 days since baby cry’s at night since he is gassy 😫 now I feel all lightheaded and dizzy at times

Try keeping water all over the house for yourself- one at the bedside, one wherever you nurse/feed and one wherever you hang out during the day and stay in top of drinking those to see if it helps! Good luck. I feel like chronic sleep can cause a whole lot of physical challenges too
