How much should a prenatal appointment cost?

I live in NJ and they charge me $500 private pay (no discount). This is just for urine and visit - ultrasound is another $300. Does this seem reasonable? The facility is old and not undated at all. I paid a little over $500 for 1st trimester ultrasound, Nipt test and urine test at the specialist. They refer you because they are not capable of doing that.

Is an obgyn - my husband went from a job to his own business and didn’t get opportunity (or take it) to enroll in insurance. We will be this enrollment period.
