Distance

My boyfriend finally left to England since 2 wks. I don’t know if I should just end my relationship with..just few days ago I told him am looking for a job oversees , at the back of mind my objective is to meet him because I don’t the distance to affect us.and his was that I should let him be, he doesn’t need to be the one to tell me what I want in my life..this phrase broke so much that I told him I will never tell him anything about me again.he would always contribute to my ideas but this is the first time he response me like this.i don’t know if leaving before he leaves me would be a good decision? My greatest fear is loosing him n it’s vice versa that he has said also
