We've been TTC for 14 months. I have a history of miscarriage. This month I ovulated at cd14 (typical for me) and started to have early symptoms around 8dpo. A day after my period was due I started to bleed (had not talked a test yet). Unlike all other periods this was a LOT of bleeding very stringing and mucusy. Then it stopped after about two hours. After another 8 hours it started back up. Very heavy. Lots of clots. Massive, massive pelvic pain. It didn't feel like craps but like an early contraction (I have one living child so I know). Pressure wrapped around entire midsection and back. I could sit. I was passing and in tears. After hours of this I started to pass several quarter size clots. Zero sleep all night because of the pain. My last miscarriage was well past the testing point so I knew it was a miscarriage. Since I didn't test before, I'm wondering if this was an early miscarriage. If so, should I call the doc?
