Post Nasal Drip
Anyone else severely struggling with Post Nasal Drip?
I have thick saliva and mucus, that just sits in my throat… it feels like my throat gets tight & I am always nauseous.
I’m gonna see if I can get in to see a Ears - Nose and Throat Specialist, BUT until then any help is welcomed.
