Bleeding 14w3d.

Hey all, just looking to see if anyone has experienced this.

Currently pregnant with my third bub, and today my stomach went rock hard and I had cramps and then a big gush of bright red blood come out and filled my underwear. I went to the ER immediately and they checked bub on ultrasound which showed baby happy with HR of 149, kicking and wriggling and gulping back fluid (so really healthy). They couldn't see any cause for the bleeding and discharged me from ER saying I need to return if I get more big gushes and filling a pad. I'm home now and just bent down to talk to my 18 month old and got another gush and just going to the toilet now, (bowel motion) I had another gush of bright red bleeding with no clots or cramping. They said the fact that baby is happy that im in the good books for having a healthy baby full term, but obviously there's still a risk of MC. I just feel so lost and confused as to when and when not to go back to ER since I've bled again twice. Jist wondering if any of you have had similar situations and gone on to have healthy bubs...

With my first baby I have subchorionic haematomas, but the scan didn't show these this time, so I just don't know where the bleeding is coming from.
