Birth plan?

Whats your birth plan will you be delivering  at a hospital home, or birth center?

Birth center- I don’t feel comfortable not having a medical team present but I had an easy first hospital birth and as long as this pregnancy remains low risk, I’m planning on doing a water birth

I had a great experience with my first so I'm not changing anything lol. Hospital birth. If I need pitocin I'm for sure getting the epidural. If not we will see how I handle the pain but most likely will end up with it again. Being at the hospital is better for my anxiety. I prefer being close to doctors and medical equipment in case something goes wrong

Hospital. I would like to try for a VBAC and it’s not completely off the the table, but I’m having twins so it may be another c-section for me.

I choose the hospital bc my fkrst two babies saw my waters break but no contractions....honestly I didn't have the money for a birthing center n in my state ins.only pays for home births but no centers. At the centers you may know they ll let you go 24 hrs after water breaks. I loved the Seco d hospital I birthed my 3 rd n 4th babies w bc they don't push pitocin. I chose inductions bc they offer them at 39 weeks when you're 40 n over. They had postpartum rooms n such sweet Drs n Nurses n of course midwives. The forst hospital has a no children visiting rule even w no covid precautions s, but they let my daughter come in anyway( she was 2). The Seco Seco hospital let me get outa there after which was cool bc they say 2 days stay is a must. They said as you have an appointment at the pediatrician you can leave. First hospital has only a few tub rooms n they ll let you birth in them...second hospital has a tub in every room but makes you get out just before the baby is born due to a new insurance policy. This is bc one birth in London saw a baby come out of the water n  y mistake get dipped back in n the baby drown. I've learned there ate birthing centers w tubs that have a quick release for the water to get out n the sides of the tub to drop down of there's any emergency. That I d like to try bit I'm 46 ( yrs young) and don't wanna be that far from a hospital. Honestly if you ve ever seen a shoulder dyslocacia birth video ( which youtube has some..one home birth in a tub) ..you might choose hospital.  I know there are women who are amazing at doing the excercises that get baby in best position n God Bless them all. ( See Bridget Tyler how to get baby in position) .  I just haven't got alot of time time do that bc I have littles and am in school but whatever you choose meditate on it alot!
