I had like tenderness near my lower abdomen all day Monday after my OV day. Idk if that's normal...could be that I was still OV or maybe implantation. I just stopped my BC and only had one cycle and this is my first OV

I am at 3dpo. I know it’s too early to symptom spot but yesterday I was literally nauseous all day with severe back pain and couldn’t move I’ve never experienced that . Fingers crossed I’m heading in the right direction.
